Talking to media after a ceremony in Khana-e-Farhang Iran (Iran Cultural Centre) here, Aftab Sherpao said that “disappointment is spreading among the people of tribal areas over slow speed of development work. “
Aftab Sherpao said that “Torkham border credit goes to military leadership instead of Imran khan.”
He said that “situation in the parliament is getting grievous while stressing that there should be one Public Accounts Committee (PAC), while he said that developing better relations with opposition is also duty of the government.”
The QWP chairman said that “Afghanistan is heading towards peace after USA participation in talks while it seems that America also likes withdrawal from Afghanistan.”
He said that the peace in Afghanistan will also bring peace to Pakistan as well.
Aftab Sherpao has expressed his views over the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) government for its plan to constitute another Public Accounts Committee (PAC) in the National Assembly.
He said the move would undermine the democratic setup and spoil atmosphere at the National Assembly.
“It seems the government does not want to run the affairs of the National Assembly in a smooth way,” he said, adding the PTI government created deadlock over every issue.
