Former premier Nawaz Sharif his daughter and son-in-law, Maryam Nawaz, Muhammad Safdar have filed a petition in Lahore High Court (LHC) seeking removal of their names from Exit Control List (ECL).
The petition filed in the LHC contended that all the accused have been cooperating with the anti-corruption body of the country National Accountability Bureau (NAB) since the commencement of investigations against them.
The petitioner viewed that barring any citizens from travel abroad is illegal.
