The former president and co-chairman Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Asif Ali Zardari warned the government to avoid usurping provinces’ rights as the country’s situation on the border was not allowing them to play politics.
He made these views while meeting with party leaders Qamar Zaman Kaira and Hassan Murtaza in Lahore.
Former president alleged that government was usurping provinces rights, particularly depriving off Balochistan and Sindh from their due financial rights.
“Country is passing through a sensitive time and it needs to play a constructive role and avoid playing politics, however, if the government will compel us we will play brilliantly,” he said.
